  1. iPhone: open the downloaded .vcf file, choose Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact, then tap Done. If your browser only downloads it, open the file from Downloads or share it to Contacts.
  2. Android: open the .vcf download with Contacts, choose an account if asked, then confirm Import or Save. You can also import the file from your Contacts app.

A download is not a completed import. Finish the steps in Contacts, then search for the person’s name. If you’re in an in-app browser, open the card in Safari or Chrome.

Keep NileCard close.

Install NileCard for quick access to your cards and QR codes, even when you're offline.

  1. iPhone or iPad: open this page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  2. Android: open Chrome's menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Computer: look for the install icon in your browser's address bar or menu.

Already installed? Open NileCard from your home screen or apps.

A little help, a better hello.

  1. Make it yours. Add a name, contact details, social profiles, and any extra fields you need.
  2. Save a copy. Save card keeps an editable copy in My cards on this device. Your current draft is saved as you type.
  3. Share your way. Download a QR, copy your profile link, or use Share card. Visitors can save your contact without installing anything.
  4. Choose your download. Download business card gives you a designed landscape PDF with your details and QR. Download QR gives you a PDF with just the QR. PNG and SVG are also available. Keep the white border when printing, and test your printed QR before sharing it.
  5. Keep a backup. Export an editable backup before clearing browser data or switching devices.

QR codes and links contain a snapshot of the details you share. Edits need a new QR or link. No scans or visitor analytics are collected.
